In selecting our architects a great deal of weight was given to previous achievements in the Heritage area. The award-winning work in Hobart on the conservation and conversion of the former IXL Jam Factory building into the highly regarded Henry Jones Art Hotel, resulted in the final selection of Morris Nunn and Associates.
