Taroona Villas provides modern, spacious villa accommodation in either one or two bedroom villas located in a lovely garden setting overlooking the Derwent River.

The site is within walking distance of local services, churches and sporting clubs whilst a Metro bus stop is at the front entry. All the facilities and services of the Lower Sandy Bay shopping district are only 4 klms away.

Just a short stroll from the site through pleasant parklands brings you to a beautiful sandy beach and foreshore area, whilst pleasant walking trails are available from the complex along the banks of the Derwent River.

Accommodation includes a spacious, open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, large main bedroom (s)with ample wardrobes and separate bathroom with laundry facilities.

All units are fully equipped with floor-coverings, curtains and blinds, light fittings, heating and white goods, including washer, oven and refrigerator.

All units have a sunny deck off the lounge room and ample car parking for both residents and visitors.

SERVICES AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS

The Villa units are surrounded by attractive, spacious gardens and lawns with plenty of scope for residents to tend their own gardens beds if they wish to do so. All other areas of gardens and lawns are tended by Southern Cross Care's staff and contractors.

General maintenance is provided as is replacement of fittings when needed.

Southern Cross Care's Community Care Division is available to residents to assist them in accessing home assistance and care if required.

Villa residents are given priotity for admission to any of Southern CRoss Care's aged care facilities and services if this is required.
